When I become a full time REALTOR in 2003 I set my goal to provide my clients with professional real
estate services based on integrity, knowledge and service and to guide my clients through the real estate
experience in a smooth, enjoyable and professional manner. Buying and selling in today's real estate
market can be a complicated process with numerous details that can be overwhelming. My job is to
successfully navigate you through each aspect of this process to achieve your real estate goals with as
little stress as possible!
Having lived in Vacaville since 1967 and a native of Solano County I work the real estate communities of
Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Dixon and also the lower Yolo County communities of Davis, Woodland and
Winters. I am familiar with the continually changing market in each of these communities and will keep you
well informed.
I proudly joined Keller Williams Realty in June of 2016. At KW I am an agent, mentor, trainer and one of the
5 Investors who opened the KW VacaValley Realty Market Center. KW outshines in all areas of training,
guidance and customer care.
I am married to the love of my life, Jon Ladd. We first met in 7  th grade when we were both just 12 years
old! While growing up in the small community of Vacaville our families were actively involved in the
business interests of the community. As teenager our families were often together on many social
occasions. We have a blended family of 5 children and 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandson! Family is
our focal point in all we do. Life is good!
